Your Nagi-Cal Potential

Naga is Sanskrit for snake, which is the symbol of transformation as they ‘shed their skin’ to become anew. The snake is also symbolic of the moon for the same reasons.

In some parts of India, snakes are said to bring rain (water from the heavens/ gods). Water symbolises primordial wisdom, just like the goddess Athena, and is considered the storehouse of the unconscious (the Feminine). Our own source of water is the sacred fountain/ river of the cerebrospinal fluid.  They are also strongly associated with Hindu mythology, whereby nagas are regarded as “guardians of treasure”.

In Buddhism, Nagas are often represented as door guardians whom ‘grant entrance’ (like the Claustrum of the brain- see my blog post Claustrum Oil). These Nagas were also said to possess a jewel called Nagamani (meaning ‘snake pearl’ or ‘snake stone’) which gave magic powers. [Notice the resemblance to the Medusa story (described in the Human BEEings post) which is also centred around snake and stone references, as well as that of Jesus (a naga- see below) who, within the Bible, made reference to the importance of building a house/ temple on stone.]

Congruently, Naga can also refer to serpent-people who live in water (water spirits), depicted as half man and half snake, just like the immaculately conceived son of Athena (in addition Christ himself) and were considered demi-gods. This shows incredible similarities to the Anunnaki (meaning “those of royal blood/ seed”), a group of deities who appear in many ancient Sumerian mythologies and were also associated with serpents and water.

This is particular interesting if we consider Druid ideologies. The Druids of Britain (where it is said that the survivors of Atlantis travelled to on boats, just like in the story of Noah’s Ark, where he preserved and saved the male and female [energies] of each animal) were also known as ‘snake men’. The ceremonial robes of the Arch Druid included a crescent-shaped sceptre (symbolic of moon harvest [the sacred secretion seed]). The Druids also used snake eggs (which, based on the previous paragraphs, could be seen as a metaphorical reference to the sacred secretion) and mistletoe (which have a pearl-like colour) as medicinal remedies to most illnesses due to their incredible magnetic properties. What’s more, initiation into Druidry took place during Solstices and Equinoxes, when astral energies were at their most powerful and abundant.

Many historical initiation ceremonies, including those of Druidry, required the ascension of 3 degrees, from 30 to 33. This is identical to the rising of the ministry of Jesus from his age of baptism (30) to crucifixion (33). Other significances include the 30 degrees of each star sign in the zodiac (how long one must preserve the sacred secretion each month) which can be risen to Mastery of inner alchemy, so that it can be accessible at all times, just as the book of Revelations describes that “they will need no lamp or light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever” [Revelations 22:5]. Furthermore, 33 is the number of Mastery, and Master [Ma- Ster] literally means mother star, which relates to the Egyptian high goddess, Isis, who also gave birth to a son [Horus] via immaculate conception (as did Athena and Mary). This also relates to Revelations 22:16, whereby Jesus claims, “I am… the Bright and Morning Star”, with ‘bright star’ referencing to our own Sun and ‘morning star’ meaning mother star or master. Moreover, in the original pictorial Hebrew, mother was depicted as water + ox (AKA cow), hence milk (see blog Human BEEings for the significance of milk to the sacred secretion).

Three notable Nagas in Hindu mythology are:

-         Sesa Naga (upon which Lord Vishnu rests and protects creation)

-         Vasuki Naga (who churns and wiggles in the cosmic ocean in order to produce amrita/ ambrosia, which the gods drink to become immortal)

-         Taksaka Naga (the chief)

The female Nagas are called Nagis or Naginis (Yes- like Voldemort’s best snake-friend and feminine side). They were thought of as serpent priestesses of striking beauty (radiance/ light). Interestingly, it is said that the goddess (such as Athena) gives rise to the high priestess, who becomes a channel for the goddess. This is how archetypes are able to manifest within a person’s psyche, as they adopt and embody different frequency portals and become portals themselves. The energetic Nagas/ Nagis, then, can be seen as representative of our own energy channels to various sources of power/ magic.

What’s more, the word petrichor (from the Greek ‘petros’ meaning stone and ‘ichor’ in reference to the fluid that flows in the veins of gods and goddesses) is used to describe the luscious smell of fresh rain (water from the heavens) on fertile soil. This relates to the sacred secretion, whereby the inner anointing is said to awaken our god-powers when the fluid lands upon righteous ground (the human form). This shows interestingly correlation to the story of how goddess Athena was able to win Athens from Poseidon, as he offered mere salt water (standard CSF) whereas she offered olives (as anointing oil/ the sacred secretion). Fascinatingly, one of Athena’s prominent symbols is that of the snake.

Athena was a virgin (meaning that her body was cleansed) goddess with a son who was half man and half snake. This is similar to the story of Jesus Christ, who also had a ‘virgin’ mother (Mary) yet his father (Joseph) was a ‘naggar’. In the original Aramaic texts, Jesus was also referred to as a ‘naggar’. This was mistranslated as ‘carpenter’ from nanger. In actual fact, ‘naggar’ [naga] means serpent. It is also believed that Jesus survived crucifixion and was buried at Srinagar (meaning Great Serpent) in India, where the practice of Kundalini is said to have originated. Interestingly, according to Mark Pinkham, the Atlanteans we’re also commonly referred to as serpent followers (as mentioned previously) as they received divine intelligence from the celestial serpents (stars).

When such symbolism is correlated with Biblical teachings, one can liken the Christ to that of Serpent knowledge/ energy, delivered by Angels of light (photons- light energy). Additionally, the symbol of a serpent on a rod (Caduceus) is also the symbol of Mercury/ Hermes/ Thoth, the messenger of the Gods, who resides within both the physical and spiritual worlds. Moreover, Apolloniy Tiansky of Ancient Greece (commonly described as an equal to or the same person as the biblically referenced Jesus Christ) was said to have trained Magis using Naga wisdom.

Thus, by raising the serpent [Christ] energy via spiritual practices such as the sacred secretion and Kundalini yoga, one can rid their temple body of sin (shadows) and return to the father (universal source energy).
