Guided Meditations

The most common question I get asked about preserving the Sacred Secretion is how to do it.
I have been practising sacred secretion preservation for years and have experimented with pretty much every trick in the metaphorical book. From this experience, I can say that I honestly believe the most important part is your intention and your knowing.
Once you have gone inside yourself and set you intention, I believe that the metaverse will align people and situations in a way that supports this best. As the sacred secretion is a chemical-brew (endouaska) on a physical level, different intentions will require varying amounts of the range of hormones and neurotransmitters. Therefore, personally, I have found that the intention setting and meditating have been my most effective and faithful practices.
Consequently, I have put together the following guided meditations to support anybody who feels they may need it. These mimic what I would visualise during my own practice days and were even recorded throughout my own Holy Week (AKA. Passion Week or inner crucifixion and rebirth - the sacred secretion preservation period) so that I was in a state of higher vibration myself, and therefore in a better energetic position to hold space for the receiver and transmute the quantum energies to the best of my ability. Each audio was recorded in a sacred space, cleared and cleansed with the highest intentions of love and light. Light language was also channelled and transmitted (in the form of hand movement that cannot be seen or heard but is felt) throughout the recording.
There are 7 days worth of meditations to support you during your inner Holy Week.
The first is to be conducted the day before the Moon enters your Starsign in order to prepare the path.
The next three are carried out during the actual preservation days.
The final three support the channelling of the spiritual essence for your own healing and intentions.

I have also produced a transmission ceremony, whereby I have channelled the energy from the goddess Athena. This can be listened to prior to the Moon entering your Starsign in order to prepare the body for receiving the sacred secretion.
Goddess Athena is the queen of creatrix weaving, wisdom and protection. Within Greek mythology, she is the favourite child of Zeus and is known to have visited a number of mortals, including humans, to bless them with ambrosia/ nectar/ honey (the food of the gods which turns their blood into Ichor, empowering them and making them immortal). This golden fluid is metaphorical for the sacred secretion, which baptises each of us every month if we grant it permission to preserve.
Within this transmission audio, Athena’s energy is channelled during a guided meditation. She conducts a powerful cleansing and clearing form of energy-weaving within the body in order to purify it to receive the sacred seed, before fulfilling an external and internal anointing initiation that will synchronise the physical body with the frequency of the spiritual seed.
This can be listened to each month if desired.
What’s more, even though the ceremony is conducted by a goddess, the transmission is still accessible for men. Interestingly, in Tantric traditions, male initiates of the goddess mysteries were known as Lords of the Fish (like Jesus Christ himself).
This transmission is powerful on its own but can also be used in conjunction with the above 7 day guided meditations. If you desire the use of both, I would recommend listening to the Athena transmission two days before the Moon enters your sign, then begin with Day 1 of the week-long guided sessions the following day and so on throughout your preservation period.
